CARBON HAMMER SCULPTURE SPEC

The fourth sclupture from carbon fibre capturing the clean lines, outstanding features and aggressive shape of The Great Hammerhead Shark.

All parts and materials used in this sculpture are from the BAR and Honda Grand Prix cars as listed below.

Sculpture limited to ten pieces.

Body: Carbon fibre 2 x 2 twill 0.5mm thick, filled with two-part polyurethane foam, as used in the initial moulding of the race driver's race seats.

Fins: 1.25mm NS 4 aluminium water jet cut and acid lacquered, this aluminium is used in the manufacture of the oil and water radiator header tanks.

Body top side detailing: 0.5mm punched out aluminium tabs used on the RA 106 and the RA 107 wind tunnel models. Naca duct part number 060 D4 069 used for ECU cooling.

Nostrils: -2, 45° titanium polished hydraulic fittings.

Jaw and teeth: Jaw 2.5mm 50 56 aluminium welding rod used in the welding of the oil and water radiators. Teeth punched from 0.5mm aluminium sheet.

Head detail: Modified paint stripped carbon fibre roll hoop wing 080 D01 1059, issue 2, attached by barge board stays, part number 1070 A01 0381. 2006 Brazilian GP JB P3 Podium.

Eyes: Rear wheel tether gearbox side shrouds 060 B1 177 / 178. Aluminium 50 56 machined buttons. 2004 Monaco GP JB P2 Podium.

Side body exhausts: Gearbox oil outlet fittings part number 070 B8 035 with aluminium oil pipe modified and painted 2004 Italian GP P3 Podium.

Gills: Modified exhaust gaskets from 2004 Bahrain GP JB P3 Podium.

Body underside detail: 'Food inlet tubes' -2 90° polished titanium fittings with Ti hard line from hydraulic system. 'Waist outlet' Ti -2 hydraulic titanium fitting.

Tail pushrod detail: Floor stays, part number 080 D02 1008 and clevis, part number 040 D2 041/042 with adjuster, 080 D02 086 RHS, 080 D02 027 LHS from 2006 Hungarian GP. JB P1 Race Win.

Floor mounting: Carbon fibre lollipop pole (Imola 2006) with gearbox pull rod part number 080 B02 1000 mounted on a section of permaglass under chassis plank part number 080 D02 1094, FIA
