RACING BROWN SCULPTURE SPEC

Racing brown is inspired by race car design and technology, capturing its recognisable shape in fine detail.

All parts and materials used in this sculpture are from BAR and Honda Grand Prix cars as listed below.

Based on the brown trout, River Tarrant, Dorset, England.

Sculpture limited to ten pieces.

Body:
Carbon fibre, 2x2 twill 0.5mm wall filled with two part polyurethane foam used in the making of drivers seats.

Tail fin: Floor stays part number 070 D2 023 covered with vac 'heli' tape used for stone protection of bodywork and wing leading edges.

Dorsal fin: 41/ 30 welding wire covered with vac 'heli' tape.

Marking detail: 0.2mm aluminium aero tape, used on 50% wind tunnel models. 0.5mm polished aluminium punched buttons.

Jaw and mouth details: Inconel 625 welding wire used on exhaust primary and tailpipes. 0.2mm aluminium aero tape.

Pectoral, pelvic, soft dorsal and anal fins: 0.5mm hand punched clear coated Titanium.

Exhausts: Lower floor stay ball mounting part number 041 D2 123.

Eyes: 70 75 machined aluminium plugs with gold transfer detail.

Nostrils: #2 bodywork fixing.

Gill covers: 0.2mm aero tape.

Mounting base: Permaglass underside plank part number 080 D02 3331 used at the 2006 Hungarian GP on chasis RA 106/ 04 Jenson Button Race Winner.

Mounting Rod: Titanium bib stay part number 1070 A01 0275.
